Baltimore, MD -- The Baltimore Police Department launched a new recruitment campaign focused on hiring 300 officers by the end of the year.
The outdoor media campaign aimed to reach more than 100,000 people that had gathered downtown for the Baltimore Grand Prix.
Bootcamp Lights employed an original brand of out-of-home media, utilizing a custom built R22 Helicopter, outfitted with a 36-foot digital billboard to successfully execute the campaign.
Authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to fly digital advertising over metropolitan areas, the Bootcamp Lights Helicopter, operated by chief pilot, Robert Schapiro displayed “Now Hiring – Baltimore Police Department – 1-877-PRIDE-PD – BaltimorePolice.org.”
Kyle Benham, co-founder of Bootcamp Lights stated, “In this troubling economy, it is great to see rewarding career opportunities like this. It is an honor to partner with the Baltimore Police Department.”
The Baltimore Police Department is the 8th largest police department in the United States. Members of the department are tasked with protecting the lives and property of the Citizens of Baltimore.
Bootcamp Lights has a full service video production team; enabling campaigns to go from out-of-home to online and shared across multiple platforms:

"Bootcamp Lights put the WAKA brand of adult social sports in front of even more potential customers. It's fun working with companies that are as into outside-the-box business ideas as we are."
